Terms of Service for Meridian

Welcome to Meridian ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our service management platform and website (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform") operated by Meridian.

Meridian is a service management platform that connects customers with service providers across various categories. Our Platform facilitates:

  • Quote generation and approval processes

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT

If you register as a service provider, you additionally agree to:

  • Provide services in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain appropriate licenses, certifications, and insurance as required by law
  • Accurately represent your qualifications and capabilities
  • Honor quoted prices and delivery timeframes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

6. PAYMENTS AND FEES

Payment processing is handled through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By using our payment services, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your use of the Service
  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Be responsible for all charges incurred on your account
  • Resolve any payment disputes directly with the relevant parties

Service fees, refund policies, and payment terms will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Meridian and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. USER CONTENT

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The information on this Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our Platform and the use of this Platform.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Meridian, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meridian is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
